PHP, AJAX and MYSQL programming

This project requires core PHP/MYSQL skills. Some basic MySQL Database design to following the specifications in the attached document. Core to this project are: - the creation of a number of MySQL tables - coding of a number of HTML forms to allow creation and modification of users and user input objects I'll call an entity comprised of a number of user input and look up strings. The specifications and what you need to produce for this project are detailed in the attachment. A strong PHP/AJAX programmer should be able to complete this job in 5 to 7 hours: - 1 hour for the MySQL database design - 4-6 hours for the PHP and AJAX coding The HTML does not need to be pretty, it simply must allow the testing of the functionality.
