**About Us**
* * *We are a group of five developers who have just joined hands to start a new off-shore development shop. All of us went to the same university and have had experience working for different software houses during the past 3 years.
During our jobs in the past 3 years we have worked on many projects. We have sharpened our technical skills. We have also learnt how to manage projects to ensure quality and delivery on time. We feel we are the **PerfectTeam** to serve customers like you – at very reasonable cost.

Typical Project Schedule**
* * * A typical project schedule (spread over 3 to 12 weeks) will be like this:
· **Milestone 1**– Contract Award – 33% mobilization fee.
· **Milestone 2**– Requirements Specification – We will document the requirements with your consultation to ensure that we understand your requirements clearly.
· **Milestone 3**– HTML based User Interface (Prototype) – We will build and demonstrate the complete user interface for your review. Second 33% payment.
· **Milestone 4**– First Working Version – This will be the initial working version demonstrated to you remotely.
· **Milestone 5**– Final Working Version – The final version will be delivered to you. Final 34%.
· **Milestone 6**– End of Warranty period – We will fix bugs during the Warranty period.

* * *Here are a few projects that the team members have done previously. These projects demonstrate user registration/login, shopping cart and payment processing. Necessarily, they all have MySQL databases at the backend and the code is in PHP.

We designed the backend database and wrote the PHP code. The artwork was not done by us. In fact, the website owner can add new categories and new cards at any time.

This website is entirely database driven. The website administrator can add new brands, categories and items. There is an easy to use CMS to enter and modify item images and text descriptions.

This website derives information from various other sources on the internet. The site earns revenues from advertisements placed all over the website.

This website displays apartments available for vacation and includes a system to book and pay for the apartments.
