eCommerce Web Design and Development for a Retail Site

We are women's apparel and lifestyle products company starting with a single product in the acftivewear category.

Job description:
I am looking for an ecommerce contractor to develop an apparel online retail site, with prospective launch around middle of September 2012. The current product will have 4-8 colors, which means only 4 to 8 products for now with additional products to be added later. Though the initial site is basic, the architecture chosen must provide sufficient scalability for growth.

I have a graphic designer but will need a web designer and developer to translate the vision and functionality I am looking for - I have a website mockup and am in the process of defining the business needs/functionality.

I would like to engage someone to start within the next week to:

1) Review my business needs/functionality outline and make a recommendation, with rationale and value-added considerations, on 1 of the main 4 ecommerce packages - BigCommerce, MagentoGo, Shopify, and Volusion (or another platform if you think there is one more appropriate)

2) Work with me to refine the project plan and timing for the job using the chosen ecommerce platform, helping me understand the key dependencies and resource needs from our side.

3) Build out the visual aspects of the website based upon an existing web design mockup and visual standards guidelines for our company.

4) Execute on the website functionality development.

5) Test functionality and speed of the site until perfected to specification.
